Structure
The outer die: It includes the side die and the bottom die, which are used to form the outer wall and bottom surface of the box girder. High-strength steel or aluminum alloy is commonly used. Inner mold: It forms the internal cavity of the box girder and is usually designed in a detachable modular way. End die: It is used to form the end of segments and ensure the connection accuracy of adjacent segments. Adjustment and reuse: The template design is adjustable to adapt to segments of different sizes, reducing repetitive costs. Safety and Operation: Equipped with platforms, ladders and guardrails to ensure construction safety.
Working Principle

 - Preparation: According to the dimensions of the design drawing, each system of the formwork is adjusted to the proper position, and the bound steel skeleton is hoisted into place. Then, the positions of the components of the formwork system are reviewed and adjusted.

 - Concrete Pouring: Concrete is poured in the order of the bottom plate, web, and top plate. During the pouring process, the combined vibration method, which mainly uses the inserted vibrator and supplemented by the attached vibrator, is adopted to ensure the pouring quality of the concrete.

 - Demoulding: After the concrete is cured to the demoulding strength, it is checked whether the formwork hydraulic system is normal, and then the movable end form, inner form, side form , bottom form are removed in sequence.

Composition

 - Bottom Form System: It includes the bottom form and its support, the hydraulic system of the bottom form trolley, and the walking system.

 - Side Form System: It consists of the side formwork, side form support, side form hydraulic system, and corner formwork platform.

 - End Form System: It is made up of the fixed end form and the moveable end form.

 - Inner Form System: It includes the inner formwork, the hydraulic system of the inner form trolley, and the walking system.

 - Embedded System: It contains embedded parts such as the walking track, side form/end form.

Advantages
01
High Construction Efficiency
The precast of segments can be carried out simultaneously with other construction processes, which shortens the overall construction period.
02
Good Quality Control
The formwork has high precision and stability, which can ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the precast segments.
03
Reusable
The formwork can be reused for multiple times, which reduces the construction cost.
