Tie- rod form: It uses tie - rods to connect and fix the formwork panels, which is suitable for pier columns with regular shapes and relatively simple structures. - Non - stick form (including truss form): It has a more complex structure, usually composed of trusses or other supporting structures, which can provide better support and stability, and is suitable for pier columns with special shapes or larger sizes.
Working Principle

- Installation: First, the formwork panels are assembled according to the design size and shape, and then the supporting system and connection parts are installed to form a complete formwork structure. The formwork is hoisted into position by a crane and adjusted to the correct height and position.

 

- Concreting: After the reinforcement is placed, the concrete is poured into the formwork. During the concreting process, the formwork bears the pressure of the concrete and maintains its shape and position.

- Formwork panels: Steel formwork panels have the advantages of high strength, good durability and smooth surface.

 

- Supporting system: Including transverse ribs, dorsal bars. These are used to bear the pressure of the formwork and the concrete.

 

- Connection parts: Such as bolts, wingnuts, etc. The bolts are used to connect the formwork panels and the supporting system, and the wingnuts are used to fix the bolts to prevent them from loosening.
